Brand Promotions Trainee

Requirements of a Brand Promotions Trainee:
- Directly interact with customers within an assigned territory, promoting products and services tailored to the customer's needs
- Attend weekly meetings with the promotions and sales team and other Brand Promotions Trainee members to develop strategic plans aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales performance
- Stay up to date on all products and services in order to accurately assist customers and establish value in our client's brand
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales transactions to track sales performance and ensure customer retention
- Identify complaints or concerns a client may have and offer solutions to their satisfaction
Qualifications of a Brand Promotions Trainee:
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or as a Brand Ambassador is a plus but not required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organization skills and detail-orientated
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients and other team members
